GROUP MATWORK SCHEDULE 

At Shell Pilates the group sizes are small, and ability level is mixed. 
All new clients are to attend a private Introductory Class to ensure you can get the most out of the group class.
Current Availability on Group Classes;

Tuesday's at 9:45am - Beginners/ Essential Level

Friday's at 8:40am - Beginners/ Essential Level

As the studio is new I am always looking to add new classes, so if you can’t see a class that suits you please get in touch and let’s see what we can arrange.
