A Block of 4 classes is valid for 3 months, blocks are a convenient and flexible way to purchase classes, allowing you to book your classes and reschedule when needed.*

 

Private Classes

Block of 4 classes;

Reformer - R1,520 (R380 per class)

Matwork - R1,360 (R340 per class)

 

Pay As You Go

Reformer R430

Matwork R390

 

Group Classes - 45 Minutes

Block of 4 Classes;

Matwork - R600 (R150 per class)

 

Pay As You Go Classes;

Matwork R180

 

Introductory Classes when choosing Private Classes

Prior to your first private class I ask clients to have an initial Introductory class where we can discuss your goals, and check your posture to assess if there are any specific area to focus on. Plus, you will be introduced to the basic principles which are applied to all exercises. For Pay As You Go classes this private class is a one off payment of R390 but it is FREE when booking a block of classes.

Blocks of classes are valid for a 3 month period from the date of purchase. Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled class without incurring charges.
